替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高血压病的临床分析及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨替米沙坦片在高血压病的治疗效果以及对于患者生活质量的影响.方法选择2019年3月1日-2019年9月30日某三甲医院收治的需进行治疗的患者100例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行常规治疗,研究组患者采用替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片,观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后血压的变化情况以及对于患者生活质量的影响.结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率为78.0%显著高于对照组治疗有效率的54.0%,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者的血压变化学指标差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后研究组的血压指标收缩压和舒张压分别为76.2±3.9和116.9±7.4均显著低于对照组的89.5±4.1和123.6±8.1,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者的生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能和情感功能差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后研究组患者的各项指标均明显高于对照组,P<0.05.结论替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高血压病的效果显著,能够控制血压的稳定变化,改善患者的生活质量,保证生命安全,值得临床上进一步推广使用.Objective To investigate the effect of telmisartan tablets in the treatment of hypertension and the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to a third-class hospital from March 1,2019 to September 30,2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets for conventional treatment,and the study group was given telmisartan tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets.The clinical treatment effect,blood pressure changes before and after treatment and the impact on the quality of life of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 78.0%,which was significantly higher than 54.0%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blood pressure changes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure indexes such as systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were 76.2±3.9 and 116.9±7.4 respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(89.5±4.1 and 123.6±8.1,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in physiological function,physical function,social function and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of hypertension.It can control the stable change of blood pressure,improve the quality of life of patients,and ensure the safety of life.It is worthy of further promotion and use in clinic.
