摘　　要：互联网医疗的广泛应用缓解了长期困扰医院的“三长一短”难题,在其应用过程中也要求医疗机构的管理不断调整改进,以便与互联网医疗相适应。在门诊就医环节中涉及到完善流程管理、完善人员管理、完善费用管理、完善财务内控管理等多方面。具体的改进措施包括:门诊窗口合理调配,采取通柜窗口和机动窗口来平衡各窗口流量;人员的培训与服务前移,培训全员掌握全部业务内容并有员工走出窗口提前导诊服务;完善门诊费用审核机制,建立流程管理制度并设置审核岗位,实现线上和线下交易数据的实时管理;优化收费系统功能,归纳反馈日常问题促进HIS系统不断完善等。以上措施经过一段时间的实际应用,证实能够为互联网医疗的推广提供管理上的支持,有效的提升了医疗机构的服务效率,改善了患者的就医体验,进而使得互联网医疗的优势与价值最大化的发挥出来。The widespread application of Internet medical care has alleviated the"three longs and one short"problem that has plagued hospitals for a long time.During its application,the management of medical institutions is also required to continuously adjust and improve to adapt to Internet medical treatment.In the outpatient service,it involves improving process management,improving personnel management,improving expense management,and improving financial internal control management.Specific improvement measures include:reasonable deployment of outpatient windows,adopting open-door windows and mobile windows to balance the flow of each window;personnel training and service moving forward,training all staff to master all business content and having employees walk out of the window to intervene in advance;improve outpatient services Expense review mechanism,establish process management system and set review posts to realize real-time management of online and offline transaction data;optimize the functions of the charging system,summarize and feedback daily problems to promote the continuous improvement of the HIS system,etc.After a period of practical application,the above measures proved to be able to provide management support for the promotion of Internet medical treatment,effectively improve the service efficiency of medical institutions,improve the patient’s medical experience,and maximize the advantages and value of Internet medical treatment.
