摘 要:采用电化学剥离、吸附、真空过滤和冷压等方法制备垂直排列石墨烯(vertically aligned graphene,VAG)/纳米金刚石(nanodiamonds,NDs)复合材料,研究NDs质量分数(0、0.6%、1.0%、4.0%、7.0%、10.0%和20.0%)对复合材料导热性能的影响。利用XRD、拉曼光谱、FT-IR光谱仪、HRTEM和FE-SEM分析复合材料的相组成、表面基团和微观结构。结果表明:制备的复合材料呈层状垂直排列结构,NDs质量分数为0.6%时复合材料的热导率最高,为5.911 W/(m·K),比纯石墨烯的高53.6%。Vertically aligned graphene(VAG)/nanodiamonds(NDs)laminated composites were prepared by a series of treatments,including electrochemical exfoliation,adsorption,vacuum filtration and cold pression to study the influence of the mass percentage of NDs(0,0.6%,1.0%,4.0%,7.0%,10.0%and 20.0%)on the thermal conductivity of the composites.The phase composition,the surface groups,the microstructure of composites were analyzed by XRD,Raman spectroscopy,FT-IR spectrometer,HRTEM and FE-SEM.The results show that the as-produced composites have a vertically aligned layer structure,and that the thermal conductivity of composites with 0.6%NDs reaches a maximum of 5.911 W/(m·K),which is 53.6%higher than that of graphene without NDs.
