摘　　要：目的:探讨单袋浓缩血小板控量对去白细胞混合浓缩血小板质量的影响。方法:选取由300 mL、400 mL全血制备的非控量和控量的1.5 U浓缩血小板96袋、2.0 U浓缩血小板72袋作为研究对象。将其中由非控量下单袋浓缩血小板制备的去白细胞混合浓缩血小板设为对照组,将其中由控量下单袋浓缩血小板制备的去白细胞混合浓缩血小板设为试验组。对比两组去白细胞混合浓缩血小板的各项质量指标。结果:两组去白细胞混合浓缩血小板中血小板的含量、红细胞(RBC)混入量和白细胞(WBC)残留量均符合国家质量标准的要求。两组去白细胞混合浓缩血小板的酸碱度(pH)、血小板含量、RBC混入量及WBC残留量相比,P>0.05。与对照组相比,试验组去白细胞混合浓缩血小板的总容量更少,P<0.05。结论:去白细胞混合浓缩血小板的质量未受到单袋浓缩血小板控量的影响,但对单袋浓缩血小板进行控量可使白细胞混合浓缩血小板的总容量减少。Objective:To investigate the effect of single bag platelet concentrate quantity control on the quality of mixed platelet concentrate with leukocyte removal.Methods:96 bags of 1.5 U platelet concentrate and 72 bags of 2.0 U platelet concentrate prepared from 300 mL and 400 mL whole blood were selected as the study objects.Among them,leucocyst and platelet concentrate prepared by single bag of uncontrolled platelet concentrate were set as the control group,and leucocyst and platelet concentrate prepared by single bag of controlled platelet concentrate were set as the experimental group.The quality indexes of leukocyte removal and platelet concentrate were compared between the two groups.Results:The contents of platelets,RBC and WBC in the two groups of leukocyte removal mixed platelet concentrate all met the requirements of national quality standard.The pH,platelet content,RBC mixed amount and WBC residue of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the total volume of leukocyte removal and platelet concentrate in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of platelet concentrate with leukocyte removal was not affected by the amount of platelet concentrate in single bag,but the total volume of platelet concentrate with leukocyte mixing could be reduced by the amount of platelet concentrate i n single bag.
