摘 要:随着我国天地一体化通信网络的建设,采用微小卫星作为天基平台,与地面站相互配合,可实现信号的全球覆盖和高速传输。新的通信方式对时钟的稳定性和精确性提出了更高的需求,采用晶振已无法满足。针对这种需求,结合铷原子频标具有较好的短期频率稳定度的特点,采用微波锁相倍频、数字频率综合以及TE011模式磁控管腔等技术,对星载铷原子频标进行了小型化设计,并扩展了铷原子频标的100 MHz锁相输出功能。性能分析表明,所研制的小型化低相噪星载铷原子频标具有稳定度高、相噪低、工作温度范围宽的特点。产品重量1.8 kg,稳态功耗22 W,100 MHz信号频率稳定度σy(τ)≤3×10^(-12)τ^(-1/2)(1 s≤τ≤10000 s),远端相噪-162 dBc/Hz(@1 MHz),能够长期在轨稳定运行,可作为通信卫星载荷的时钟源。With the construction of satellite-ground integrated communication network,the collaboration between space borne microsatellites and ground stations can achieve global coverage and high-speed transmission of signals.This new communication mode puts forward higher requirements for the stability and accuracy of the clock,which cannot be satisfied by using crystal oscillator.Combining with the requirements of satellite-ground integrated communication network and the excellent short-term frequency stability of rubidium atomic frequency standard(RAFS),the miniaturization design of RAFS is carried out by using phase-locked microwave generation,direct digital frequency synthesizer,preamplifier,phase sensitive detection and TE011 mode magnetron microwave cavity.The 100 MHz phase-locked output function is added to RAFS to meet the requirements of communication payload on clock frequency as well.Performance analysis exhibits that the miniaturized low phase noise space borne RAFS has the characteristics of high stability,low phase noise and wide operating temperature range.The weight of the product is 1.8 kg,the steady-state power consumption is 22 W,the frequency stability of 100 MHz signal isσy(τ)≤3×10^(-12)τ^(-1/2)(1 s≤τ≤10000 s)and the phase noise@1 MHz is-162 dBc/Hz.The RAFS can operate stably in orbit for a long time,which can be used as the clock source of communication satellite payload.
