摘  要:玻璃具有良好的耐热性、优异的电绝缘性、灵活可调的膨胀系数等特性,被广泛应用于各类光电器件的密封和连接。详细介绍了封接玻璃与玻璃、陶瓷、金属和硅片等基质材料的作用机理,重点阐述了封接玻璃在新能源、光电子元件等领域的应用研究现状,涵盖硅太阳电池电极材料、有机发光二极管、固体氧化物燃料电池等,并分析了封接玻璃的应用研究热点和目前存在的关键性问题;在此基础上,对封接玻璃的研究、应用和发展前景进行了总结与展望。Glass is widely used in sealing and connection of various optoelectronic devices due to its favorable heat resistance,excellent electrical insulation,and adjustable expansion coefficient.This review briefly represented the interaction mechanism between sealing glass and substrate materials,such as glass,ceramics,metal,silicon wafer,etc..Besides,recent development on sealing glass in new energy devices,photoelectronics and other applications,such as silicon solar cell electrode,organic light-emitting diode,solid oxide fuel cell,was described.In addition,the critical research and key issues of sealing glass were also discussed.The related applications and future development of sealing glass were summarized and prospected.
