江苏省采供血机构的成分血制备现状调查

摘　　要：目的探讨江苏省采供血机构的成分血制备现状。方法于2019年12月30日至2020年1月30日,选择江苏省14家采供血机构的成分制备科为研究对象。通过电子邮件向上述14家机构的成分制备科负责人发送江苏省输血协会血液制备专业委会制定的《江苏省血站成分血制备情况调查表》,对其工作模式、设备配制、工作关键控制点(CCP)信息化开展、人员配置情况,以及2017-2019年主要成分血制备量进行调查。结果对这14家采供血机构成分制备科的调查结果如下。①工作模式:以血液制备+待检库为主要工作模式,占7/14。②血液制备设备配置:离心机、血液成分分离机、速冻机、融化箱、红细胞处理机、无菌接驳机的配置率均为14/14,而病毒灭活柜、白细胞过滤监测仪、贴标签机的配置率分别为13/14、5/14和4/14。③成分血制备流程中,CCP信息化开展情况:全血离心、全血分离、血浆速冻、血浆融化4个CCP信息化开展率均为14/14,其余CCP信息化14家均未完全开展。④成分血制备:2018和2019年这14家机构的去白细胞悬浮红细胞、病毒灭活冰冻血浆、冷沉淀凝血因子及洗涤红细胞的制备量的年增长率分别为5.59%和6.84%、3.85%和1.38%、4.97%和8.34%、11.88%和19.10%。⑤人员配制:截至2019年12月,这14家机构成分制备科在职工作人员总计为179人,其中以初级专业技术职称(63.7%,114/179)、本科学历(65.4%,117/179)、20~35岁的年轻(66.5%,119/179)及女性(84.9%,152/179)工作人员为主。结论江苏这14家采供血机构的成分血制备量逐年增加,成分血制备全流程CCP信息化建设尚未完全开展。为满足当前江苏省采供血机构的成分血制备工作需要,应提高工作人员学历及专业技术职称水平。Objective To investigate status quo of blood components preparation in blood donation and supply institutions of Jiangsu Province.Methods From December 30,2019 to January 30,2020,a total of 14 Departments of Blood Components Preparation of blood donation and supply institutions in Jiangsu Province were selected as research subjects.Questionnaire of Blood Components Preparation Status Quo of Blood Donation and Supply Institutions in Jiangsu Province,issued by Blood Preparation Professional Committee of Jiangsu Blood Transfusion Association,were sent to person in charge of Blood Components Preparation Department of these 14 institutions through Email.It was intended to investigate the working modes,equipment configuration,information of critical control points(CCP)and staffing in each Blood Component Preparation Department of these 14 institutions,as well as the preparation amount of blood components from 2017 to 2019.Results The investigation results of 14 Departments of Blood Components Preparation were as follows.①The combination of blood components preparation and labeling was still the dominant working mode(7/14).②All 14(14/14)Departments of Blood Components Preparation were equipped with centrifuges,blood component separators,quick freezers,plasma thawing machines,red blood cell processing system and sterile tubing welders.But utilization rates of virus inactivating cabinet,leukocyte filtration monitor and labeling machine were 13/14,5/14 and 4/14,respectively.③The informationization of centrifugation,separation,quick-freezing and thawing was all(14/14)realized,but was not fully carried out in other CCP.④The annual growth rates of preparation amount of leucocyte-reduced red blood cells,virus inactivated frozen plasma,cryoprecipitate and washed red blood cells in 2018 were 5.59%,3.85%,4.97%and 11.88%,respectively.And the annual growth rates of 2019 were 6.84%,1.38%,8.34%and 19.10%,respectively.⑤As of December 2019,there were all 179 staffs in 14 Departments of Blood Components Preparation of these 14
