摘  要:本钢1600 mm板坯连铸中碳钢生产经常出现表面纵裂纹缺陷,影响薄板表面质量。通过对一段时间内表面纵裂纹产生的位置、形态及各项工艺设备参数进行分析和研究,查找出钢水成分、保护渣、结晶器锥度是导致纵裂纹产生的主要因素,并提出合理的控制措施,减少了中碳钢纵裂纹的发生概率,提高了板坯表面质量及热轧轧制成材率。During the production of medium-carbon steel from 1600mm continuous casting slab in Benxi Steel,longitudinal surface cracks are usually encountered and thus impairs the surface quality.Through the analysis and investigation on the position,shape and various process and equipment parameters of longitudinal surface cracks in a period of time,it is found that the composition of liquid steel,mold flux and mold taper are the main factors responsible for the formation of the cracks.Reasonable control measures are proposed to lower the occurrence of the cracks in medium-carbon steel.The surface quality of slab and yield of qualified hot rolling are thus improved.
