油套管API标准换版对生产企业质量控制的影响

摘　　要：对API Spec 5CT、API Spec 5B、API RP 5C5及API TR 5C3等油套管标准的主要技术更新内容进行了梳理,并从材料性能稳定性、几何尺寸精度、质量管理体系和API会标使用要求等方面对更新内容进行了总结。建议生产厂积极识别各标准中技术变化内容,及时更新检测设备以达到新版标准对平均外径、平均壁厚、螺纹中径及椭圆度等参数的要求,并以此控制生产工艺,进而提高油套管产品的实物性能及其可靠性预测的准确性;结合新旧标准技术要求,严格控制生产质量。Clarified up in the paper are the main revisions of the technical contents as described under the API specifications for tubing and casing,i.e.,API Spec 5CT,API Spec 5B,API RP 5C5,and API TR 5C3,and the new contents are summarized in terms of material performance,consistency,dimensional accuracy,quality assurance system,and requirement for the API monogram.It is suggested that manufacturer concerned positively get familiar to the technical content revisions as made in the specifications as above mentioned,and accordingly update relevant measurement and inspection equipment without any delay so as to meet the requirements as specified under the edition-revised API applicable specifications for such parameters as average OD,average WT,thread middle diameter and ovality,etc,and accordingly properly control the manufacturing processes so as to further improve the performances of the OCTG products,and the accuracy of prediction of their reliabilities,and moreover strictly control the production quality in accordance with the old and new technical requirements under all the said API specifications.
