摘　　要：介绍了热轧无缝钢管斜轧扩径机的基本结构和工艺特点以及目前的应用情况。结合无缝钢管斜轧原理,从变形理论及斜轧运动学角度出发对变形工艺主要参数进行定量计算分析。探讨了斜轧扩径轧制工艺存在的问题,并针对大直径热轧无缝钢管的生产提出了改进方法。Elaborated here in the article are the Rotary Expanding Mill for the hot-rolled seamless steel tube,involving such aspects as the basic configuration,the process features,and the present application status,etc.Based on the rotaryrolling principle for the seamless steel tube,the major parameters of the deformation process are quantitatively computed and analyzed in view of the deformation theory and the rotary-rolling kinematics.Also briefed here in the article are the problems as staying with the rotary expanding rolling process.Moreover actions for improving manufacture of the largesized hot-rolled seamless steel tube are proposed.
