摘  要:设计了小直径GCr15轴承钢管的几何尺寸和熔炼成分及其生产工艺流程,进行了小批量试制。分析认为,采用热连轧工艺生产小直径轴承钢管是可行的;此次热连轧生产突出问题为内折,较有可能是连铸坯料存在中心疏松或裂纹等缺陷,环形炉加热制度不合理,穿孔机工艺参数设定不合理造成的,需针对这三方面影响因素进行深入研究,最终解决内折问题。Designed are the geometric dimensions and the chemical composition,and the manufacturing process flow of the small-sized GCr15 bearing-purposed steel tube.And accordingly small batch trial production is conducted.Based on the relevant analysis it is regarded that it is possible to produce the said small-sized bearing-purposed tube with the mandrel mill hot-rolling process;and that the major problem as identified through the the said hot-rolling production is the inner fold defect which,via the judgment is very possibly due to the factors,including the flaws as staying with the CC billet like central porosity or crack,etc.,improper the heating scheme of the circular heating furnace,and the improper process parameters as designed for the piercing mill.According to these three influencing factors,a in-deep study is made,resulting in the solution of the above mentioned inner fold defect problem.
