摘　　要：信息技术的高速发展,社会市场对技能型人才的要求也越来越高。因此,构建现代信息技术背景下的技能型人才素质模型,以便为高职院校技能型人才的培养指明方向具有非常重要的现实意义。该文借鉴麦克利兰的冰山模型理论,构建了现代信息技术背景下技能人才的素质模型,分析了技能型人才应具备的核心素质特征,以期为高职院校技能型人才质量的评价及培养模式的完善提供一定的思考和借鉴。With the rapid development of information technology,the social market has higher and higher requirements for skilled talents.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct the quality model of skilled talents under the background of modern information technology in order to point out the direction for the cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Based on McClellan’s Iceberg Model Theory,this paper constructs the quality model of skilled talents under the background of modern information technology,and analyzes the core quality characteristics of skilled talents,in order to provide some thinking and reference for the evaluation of the quality of skilled talents and the improvement of training mode in higher vocational colleges.
