木质素基纳米碳纤维的制备及储锂性能研究

摘  要:本文以木质素磺酸钠为碳源,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为助纺剂,通过控制PVP和木质素不同配比,采用静电纺丝和碳化技术,制备不同形态的纳米碳纤维膜,以该材料作为锂离子电池负极材料,对其储锂性能进行了研究。结果表明,当PVP与木质素的质量比为2:1时,纳米碳纤维表现出丰富的微孔结构,比表面积达614m^(2)/g。当用作锂离子电池负极时,在100 mA/g的电流密度下,可逆容量高达659mAh/g;当电流密度从500mA/g恢复到100mA/g时,仍能获得658mAh/g的可逆容量,体现了优异的倍率性能和充放电可逆性。同时,在长循环测试中,即便在200mA/g的高电流密度下循环100圈,仍保持440mAh/g的可逆容量,表现出良好的循环稳定性。The different nano-strcutural lignin-based carbon nanofiber membranes were prepared using electrospinning and carbonization technology by sodium lignosulfonate as carbon source and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as spinning auxiliaries via controlling the different ratios of PVP and lignin.And the lithium storage performance was explored by its directly used as anodes.As a result,the specific surface area is up to 614m^(2)/g with abundant micropore structure in the membrane when the mass ratio of PVP/lignin is 2/1.When carbon nanofibers used as anodes for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),the reversible capacity is as high as 659mAh/g at the current density of 100 mA/g.And a reversible capacity of 658mAh/g can still be obtained after the current density returned from 5000 mA/g to 100 mA/g,showing excellent rate performance and discharge/charging reversibility.Meanwhile,it still maintains a reversible capacity of 440mAh/g even at a high current density of 200mA/g for 100 cycles,showing good cycle stability.
