摘  要:针对当前非车载充电机电能计量装置相关的技术研究较少的现状,介绍了一种适应于虚负荷检定的非车载充电机检定装置。该装置功能完备,结构上采用一体式设计,电路上由MCU搭载安卓软件作为中控,驱动电压和电流隔离输出。其中电压源部分采用数模转换器与高精度分压电阻网络反馈模块组合方案,电流源部分采用数模转换器与低端采样反馈模块组合方案。通过现场对非车载直流充电机进行虚负荷检定,通过比对充电机现场测试仪和本装置的实验结果,验证了该检定装置的准确性和可行性。For the current situation that there are few technical researches on energy metering device for off-board charger,this paper introduces an off-board charger verification device which is suitable for virtual load verification.The device has maturity function,adopts an integrated design in structure,and the circuit is equipped with Android carrier by MCU as the central control,driving voltage and current isolation output.Among them,the voltage source part adopts the combination scheme of digital-to-analog converter and high-precision resistor network reverse tube module,the current source part adopts the combination scheme of digital-to-analog converter and low-end sampling and feedback module.Through on-site virtual load verification of off-board DC charger,the accuracy and feasibility of the verification device are verified by comparing the experimental results of the on-site tester of the charger and the device.
