红壤山地杨梅园套种印度豇豆对杨梅产量品质及土壤肥力的影响

摘  要:通过2017—2019年的田间小区原位监测试验,研究了红壤山地杨梅园套种印度豇豆对杨梅果实性状、产量、品质及表层土壤肥力的影响,结果表明:与清耕处理(当地农户习惯种植制度)相比,杨梅园套种印度豇豆处理可增加杨梅果实直径20.72%,提高单果重23.90%,增加果实产量1117.8 kg/hm 2,增产率达到26.90%;增加果实的可溶性固形物23.32%、总糖18.81%、维生素C13.48%,减少果实总酸含量22.06%;降低杨梅园表层土壤的冲刷量,土壤流失厚度逐年减少,连续3年减少土壤流失量分别为28.95%、47.62%和72.22%;同时,提高土壤pH值6.52%、有机质31.56%、全氮92.63%、全磷40.91%、全钾16.59%、碱解氮88.09%、有效磷47.32%和有效钾11.98%。The effects of Vigna sinensis Sari Var.interplanting on the fruit character,yield,quality and topsoil fertility of Myrica Rubra were studied in a field plot from 2017 to 2019,the results showed that interplanting Vigna sinensis Sari Var.in Myrica Rubra orchard could increase fruit diameter by 20.72%,single fruit weight by 23.90%,fruit yield by 1117.8 kg/hm2 and yield by 26.90%,compared with clear tillage,the contents of Soluble solids,total sugar and vitamin C were increased by 23.32%,18.81%and 13.48%,and the contents of total acid were decreased by 22.06%,the soil loss decreased by 28.95%,47.62%and 72.22%in three consecutive years.At the same time,soil pH value increased by 6.52%,organic matter by 31.56%,total N by 92.63%,total P by 40.91%,total K by 16.59%,available N by 88.09%,available P by 47.32%and available K by 11.98%.
