摘 要:新农科背景下,新农科建设为我国农林领域研究生创新人才培养模式明确了新方向。植物学是生物科学的分支,是农林、生物学领域的必修专业基础课。长期以来,我国植物学专业研究生表现出创新意识和创新力不足的严重问题。翻转课堂在教育界和学术界备受关注,是当今教学改革的大趋势。为此,针对植物学研究生培养中的局限和不足,将翻转课堂教学模式应用于人才培养过程中。实践结果表明,翻转课堂不仅激发了研究生的学习兴趣,还启迪了创新思维,显著提升了创新能力,值得广大一线教育工作者推广,以期为新农科建设提供新思路。In the context of new agricultural science,the construction of new agricultural science indicates a new direction for the cultivation mode of innovative talents for postgraduates in the fields of agriculture and forestry in China.Botany is a branch of biological science and a compulsory professional basic course in the fields of agriculture,forestry,and biology.For a long time,graduate students who majored in botany have shown a serious problem of insufficient innovation consciousness and ability.Flipped Classroom attracted much attention in the educational and academic fields,which is the main trend of teaching reform nowadays.Therefore,given the limitations and shortcomings in the cultivation of postgraduates who majored in botany,the Flipped Classroom Teaching Model was applied to the process of talent cultivation.The practice results showed that it not only stimulated the learning interest of postgraduates,but also enlightened the innovative thinking,and significantly improved the ability in innovation.Thus,it is worthy of promotion by the majority of front-line educators,so as to provide new ideas for the construction of new agricultural science.
