摘 要:课题组采用自编量表,在广东省肇庆市对种植型农民进行培训满意度调研,发放问卷513份,回收有效问卷494份,有效率为95.73%。经SSPS分析,种植型农民培训总体满意度得分为3.82分,接近满意,但有提升空间。各维度得分为3.55-4.22,其中培训班影响力维度得分最高(4.22),培训效果维度得分最低(3.55分)。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、从业年限、身份、家庭年收入水平的学员,其培训满意度差异显著。Tby using the self-designed scale,513 questionnaires were sent out and 494 valid questionnaires were collected in Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province,with an effective rate of 95.73%.By SSPs analysis,the overall satisfaction score of planting farmers training is 3.82,close to satisfaction,but there is room for improvement.The score of each dimension was 3.55-4.22,in which the training class influence dimension scored the highest(4.22),and the training effect dimension scored the lowest(3.55).Different gender,age,education level,working years,identity,family income level of trainees,the training satisfaction difference is significant.On the basis of satisfaction analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve farmers'training.
