摘 要:为探究紫外光活化柴油对低阶煤浮选的促进作用,利用煤泥浮选试验比较了柴油经紫外光活化前后对低阶煤的浮选效果,通过诱导时间分析、气泡-煤样黏脱附力分析、气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)与傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,FT-IR)揭示了紫外光活化柴油强化低阶煤浮选的机理。煤泥浮选试验结果表明:紫外光活化柴油能显著改善低阶煤的浮选效果,提高精煤的可燃体回收率;紫外光活化柴油处理过的煤样诱导时间显著下降,与气泡之间的黏附能力大幅增强,其原因在于柴油经紫外光照射之后,羟基等含氧官能团含量显著增加,有利于其在低阶煤表面的吸附,遮蔽其表面的含氧官能团,增强其可浮性。In order to explore the promotion effect of UV activated diesel oil on the flotation of low rank coal,the flotation effect of diesel oil before and after UV activation was compared by slime flotation test.The enhancement mechanism on the low rank coal flotation of UV activated diesel oil was revealed by induction time analysis,bubble coal jumping in attachment force and maximum detachment force analysis,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).The results of coal slime flotation test show that UV activated diesel oil can significantly improve the flotation effect of low rank coal and improve the recovery rate of combustible body of clean coal.The reason is that the content of oxygen-containing functional groups of diesel oil increased significantly after UV irradiation.These oxygen-containing functional groups can adsorb on the surface of low rank coal,cover the oxygen-containing-groups on the coal surface,and enhance the coal floatability.
