摘  要:套损是影响煤层气井筒完整性的关键问题,一直影响煤层气高效开发。通过对存储式电池仓、数据存储与控制短接、电子仪短节、声系短节、扶正器短节的综合研发,研制了一套超声波套损检测系统;结合超声波测量原理和超声波柱面成像,创建了超声成像解释技术;在此基础上,利用超声波套损检测仪器对煤层气典型套损井进行检测评价,分析了煤层气井套损的原因,形成了三维柱状图像。研究结果表明,研制的超声波套损形态检测仪器可对腐蚀和变形套管进行精准检测。通过检测结果的特征曲线对煤层气套损井的腐蚀、射孔孔眼、套管变形、长段划痕特征进行识别,对该井套损原因进行分析,结果表明:该井长期生产过程中管柱和地层分别对套管产生机械损伤和挤压变形,并在高速流体冲刷下发生严重的腐蚀套损,严重井段的壁厚仅为1 mm,存在套破风险。并基于套管内径损伤百分比形成了套损检测评价标准,对790~847 m套管检测结果进行评价,形成的三维柱状图像可直观地观察套损严重井段,为下一步治理措施提供对策。Casing damage is a key issue that affects the integrity of the coalbed methane(CBM)wellbore,and has always affected the efficient development of CBM.Therefore,through the comprehensive research and development of storage battery compartment,data storage and control short-circuit,electronic instrument sub-section,acoustic sub-section,centralizer sub-section,an ultrasonic sleeve damage detection system was developed.By combining ultrasonic measurement principles and ultrasonic cylindrical imaging,ultrasonic imaging interpretation technology was created.On this basis,using ultrasonic casing damage detection instrument to detect and evaluate typical CBM well casing damage,analyze the cause of CBM well casing damage,and form a three-dimensional columnar image.The results show that the developed ultrasonic casing damage shape detection instrument can accurately detect corroded and deformed casings.Through the characteristic curve of the test results,the corrosion,perforation,casing deformation,and long-section scratch characteristics of the CBM casing damage well were identified,and the cause of the casing damage was analyzed.The results show that,during the long-term production process of the well,the pipe string and the formation caused mechanical damage and compression deformation to the casing respectively,and serious corrosion casing damage occurred under high-speed fluid erosion.The wall thickness of the serious well section was only 1 mm,and there was a risk of casing breakage.And based on the casing damage percentage,the casing damage detection evaluation standard was formed,and the detection results of the 790-847 m casing were evaluated,and a three-dimensional columnar image was formed to visually observe the well section with serious casing damage.The research results can provide countermeasures for the next governance measures.
