无形与有形:建党初期中国共产党对武汉工人的教育探析

摘　　要：中国共产党湖北早期组织一经成立,便根据革命形势的需要对武汉三镇的工人进行革命动员。他们秘密深入到工人群体中,通过宣传、理论教育来激发工人的阶级意识和斗争意识,以有形化无形;同时,党通过工人俱乐部、工会领导工人群体,发动工人运动,推动中国革命的发展,掀起工人运动的高潮,化无形为有形。在工人教育的推动下,武汉地区的工人运动开展得轰轰烈烈,唤醒了工人群体的阶级意识和斗争意识,也壮大了党的组织力量,扩大了党的影响力。工人教育作为中国共产党思想政治教育的内容,在不断发展、完善的过程中,成为中国共产党思想建设中的重要组成部分。As soon as the early organization of the Communist Party of China in Hubei was established,it mobilized the workers in the three towns of Wuhan according to the needs of the revolutionary situation.They secretly went deep into the workers'group and stimulated their class consciousness and struggle consciousness through propaganda and theoretical education.At the same time,the Party led the workers through the workers'clubs and trade unions,launched the workers'movement,promoted the development of the Chinese revolution,set off the climax of the workers'movement,and turned the invisible into the visible.Driven by the workers'education,the workers'movement in Wuhan has been carried out vigorously,which awakened the class consciousness and struggle consciousness of the workers,strengthened the party's organizational strength and expanded the party's influence.As the content of the ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China,workers'education has become an important part of the ideological construction of the Communist Party of China in the process of continuous development and improvement.
