早期联合隔物灸贴敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究早期联合隔物灸贴敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的PHN患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为中医组与对照组,各60例。对照组实施常规西医治疗,中医组实施隔物灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛变化情况、治疗前后血清神经递质P物质(SP)、神经激肽-1(NK-1)水平以及血清炎症因子水平。结果中医组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且中医组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医组血清SP、NK-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医组血清IL-2水平高于对照组,IL-6及IL-10水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期联合隔物灸贴敷治疗PHN的临床效果显著,有利于减轻患者疼痛程度,改善血清SP、NK-1、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平。Objective To study the clinical effect of early combined moxibustion with septum in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods 120 PHN patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine,while the TCM group was treated with moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,the changes of pain before and after treatment,the levels of serum neurotransmitter substance P(SP),neurokinkin-1(NK-1)and serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the TCM group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum SP and NK-1 levels in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-2 level of the TCM group was higher than that of the control group,while the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early combined moxibustion with septum has significant clinical effect on the treatment of PHN,which is conducive to reducing the pain level of patients and improving the serum SP,NK-1,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 levels.
