摘　　要：目的探讨半关节切除+肌腱重建术治疗近侧趾间关节陈旧性脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年5月至2018年5月本院收治的16例近侧趾间关节陈旧性脱位患者的临床资料,均有明确外伤史,采用趾骨头颈截骨半关节切除+趾长伸肌腱缩短重建手术治疗,分析治疗效果。结果所有患者随访6~24个月,平均14个月。末次随访时评定疗效:优10例,良5例,差1例,优良率为93.75%。结论半关节切除+肌腱重建术治疗近侧趾间关节陈旧性脱位引起的锤状趾畸形,具有恢复快、费用低、创伤小、效果良好等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemiarthroplasty and tendon reconstruction in the treatment of old dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with old dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint from May 2008 to May 2018 admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients had a clear history of trauma,and all were treated with hemiarthroplasty and reconstruction of extensor digitorum longus tendon,the treatment effect was analyzed.Results 16 cases were followed up for 6-24 months,with an average of 14 months.The curative effect was evaluated at the last follow-up,excellent in 10 cases,good in 5 cases,poor in 1 case,the excellent and good rate was 93.75%.Conclusion Hemiarthroplasty and tendon reconstruction for mallet toe deformity caused by old dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint,has the advantages of quick recovery,low cost,small trauma and good effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
