西咪替丁与西瓜霜喷剂用于病毒性上呼吸感染治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿采用西瓜霜喷剂联合西咪替丁治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年6月本院收治的病毒性上呼吸感染患儿98例为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为两组,各49例。对照组给予利巴韦林静脉注射联合抗病毒口服液治疗,观察组给予西瓜霜喷剂联合西咪替丁治疗,比较两组症状改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组咽痛、鼻塞流涕及发热评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西咪替丁联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗病毒性上呼吸感染患儿效果显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of watermelon cream spray combined with cimetidine in children with viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 98 children with viral upper respiratory infection in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the digital random method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given ribavirin intravenous injection combined with antiviral oral liquid,the observation group was treated with watermelon frost spray combined with cimetidine,and the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of pharyngeal pain,nasal congestion and fever in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cimetidine combined with watermelon cream spray is effective and safe in the treatment of children with viral upper respiratory infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
