发展数字经济 推动龙岩经济高质量发展

摘　　要：龙岩市地处山区,经济发展水平依然不高,因此,加速发展数字经济,形成发展特色,是发挥后发优势的必然选择。分析龙岩市数字经济部署新基建、搭建平台载体和深化产业转型的发展现状,发现在制度、数字产业化基础、产业数字化水平、数字人才等方面存在约束瓶颈。龙岩市发展数字经济应遵循认清大趋势、本质、区域经济特征和企业成长规律的原则及发展路径,采取完善数字经济保障新机制、推动互联网龙岩军团回归、加大数字人才供给力度等措施,以期推动龙岩经济高质量发展。Longyan City is located in a mountainous area,whose level of economic development is still not high.Therefore,accelerating the development of digital economy and forming developmental characteristics is an inevitable choice to obtain the late development advantage.By analyzing the development status of digital economy in Longyan City,such as deploying new infrastructure,building platform carriers,and deepening industrial transformation,it is found that there are constraints and bottlenecks in the system,digital industrialization foundation,industrial digitization level and digital talents.Longyan should follow the principles and development paths of recognizing the awesome trend,essence,regional economic characteristics,and growth law of the enterprises,and adopting measures such as improving the new mechanism of digital economy protection,promoting the return of the Internet Longyan corps,and increasing the supply of digital talents,so as to promote the high-quality development of Longyan's economy.
