摘　　要：中国共产党的百年历史是一部党领导中国人民赢得民族独立、实现民族复兴的史诗,党始终把人民生命安全和健康放在首位,从近代中国民生凋敝、疫病肆虐、缺医少药的境地中逐步建立起新中国的公共医疗卫生事业。建党百年来,党结合各个时期不同的历史条件、经济基础、科技水平发展创新,一次又一次领导人民战胜疫病,为保障人民生命安全交出了一份份满意的历史答卷,谱写了党领导下防疫工作和公共卫生事业建设的辉煌篇章。A century year′s history of the Communist Party of China is an epic of leading the Chinese people to win the national independence and realize the national rejuvenation.Our party always gives top priority to the people′s life safety and health,and has gradually established the public health undertakings of new China,from the situation of poverty,rampant epidemic diseases and lack of medical services and supplies in recent times.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,according to different historical conditions,economic foundations,and scientific and technological levels in different periods,our party had leaded the people to defeat the epidemics again and again,delivered satisfactory historical answers for ensuring the health of people,and is composing a brilliant chapter of epidemic prevention and public health construction under the leadership of Communist Party of China.
