夹脊电针治疗神经系统疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：夹脊电针是针刺夹脊穴得气后融合神经电生理手段的一种现代针刺疗法,它可以对脊柱两侧受损的肌肉和神经起到局部治疗作用,如脊髓损伤、神经性疼痛,还能够治疗神经和精神疾病,如焦虑、成瘾。传统针刺手法不可替代,但目前夹脊电针技术具有较好疗效,已在临床广泛应用,可治疗多种神经系统疾病,主要包括脊髓损伤、神经性疼痛、成瘾、焦虑等,且操作便捷,夹脊电针的作用机制尚未明确,且其近期及远期疗效尚不十分清楚。Electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint is a modern acupuncture therapy combining nerve electrophysiological and acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint after obtaining qi.It plays a local therapeutic role on the damaged muscles and nerves on both sides of the spine,such as spinal cord injury and neuropathic pain,which can also regulate neurological and psychiatric disorders,such as anxiety and addiction.Traditional acupuncture methods cannot be replaced,while the elecctroacupuncture at Jiaji has been widely used in clinical,which is suitable for a variety of neurological diseases,including spinal cord injury,neuropathic pain,addiction,anxiety etc.,with definite efficacy and convenient operation,although the mechanism is still unclear,and the short-term and long-term effect still need further observation.
