摘 要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)以糖脂代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗为特点,可引起多种慢性并发症。T2DM并发症(眼、肾、心脏、大脑、肢体等病变)的发病机制被认为与血管病变密切相关。血管生成素样蛋白3(ANGPTL3)作为一种肝特异性分泌蛋白,与T2DM及其并发症的发生发展密切相关,其不仅参与调节脂质代谢及胰岛素敏感性,还可通过多种作用机制引起血管病变,进一步明确ANGPTL3与T2DM及其并发症的关系对临床治疗T2DM及其并发症具有重要意义。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)is characterized by disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance,which can cause a variety of chronic complications.The pathogenesis of T2 DM complications(such as lesions of eye,kidney,heart,brain,limb and so on)is considered to be closely related to vascular diseases.Angiopoietin-like protein 3(ANGPTL3),as a liver specific secretory protein,is closely related to the occurrence and development of T2 DM and its complications,which is not only involved in regulating lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity,but also can cause vascular lesions through a variety of mechanisms.Further clarification of the correlation between ANGPTL3 and T2 DM and its complications is of great significance for the clinical treatment of T2 DM and its complications.
