血糖与尿糖2项检验检测指标在基层医疗糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果及睡眠质量影响分析

摘　　要：目的:研究血糖和尿糖2项检验检测指标在基层医疗糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月泉州市泉港区医院收治的糖尿病患者74例和体检人员74例作为研究对象,对照组为体检人员,观察组为糖尿病患者。2组均行血糖和尿糖联合检测,分析检测准确度、2组检测指标结果以及睡眠质量。结果:观察组中,血糖准确度97.30%、餐后2 h血糖准确度95.95%,尿糖准确度98.65%,血清三酰甘油水平准确度98.65%;观察组尿糖阴性率低于对照组,阳性率高于对照组;观察组测定空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血清三酰甘油水平高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);睡眠质量评分测定,检查前2组评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检查后观察组评分高于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者行血糖以及尿糖测定,准确度更高,且能够在最短时间内确定患病情况。检测结果不会影响患者睡眠质量,但血糖过高未能及时有效控制会导致睡眠功能紊乱。Objective:To study the clinical application effect and sleep quality of blood glucose and urine glucose in primary medical patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 74 diabetic patients and 74 medical examiners admitted to Quangang District Hospital in Quanzhou from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The medical examiners were set as the control group,and the diabetic patients were set as the observation group.Blood glucose and urine glucose were detected in both groups.The detection accuracy,detection index results and sleep quality of the two groups were analyzed.Results:In the observation group,the accuracy of blood glucose was 97.30%,the accuracy of postprandial 2 h blood glucose was 95.95%,the accuracy of urine glucose was 98.65%,and the accuracy of serum triglyceride level was 98.65%;the negative rate of urine glucose in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the positive rate was higher than that in the control group;the indexes of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and serum triglyceride in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).There was no significant difference on sleep quality score between the two groups before the examination(P>0.05);after the examination,the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of blood glucose and urine glucose determination in patients with diabetes is higher,and it can determine the prevalence in the shortest time.The test results will not affect the sleep quality of patients,but high blood glucose cannot be controlled effectively in time,which will lead to sleep disorders.
