生长激素联合GnRha治疗中枢性性早熟女童的有效性及对骨代谢标志物、睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究重组人生长激素(Recombinant Human Growth Hormone,rhGH)联合促性腺激素释放激素类似物(Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone-a,GnRha)治疗中枢性性早熟女童(Central Precarious Puberty,CPP)伴身高增长受损和预测身高潜力受损的价值。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月茂名市妇幼保健院收治的中枢性性早熟伴身高增长受损和预测身高潜力受损女童108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组以GnRha治疗,观察组基于对照组联用rhGH,比较2组生长发育指标及骨代谢标志物、睡眠质量。结果:治疗后观察组生长发育指标高于对照组,而骨代谢标志物水平及睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:CPP女童采用GnRha联合rhGH治疗,有益于体格发育,改善骨吸收、骨形成情况及睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the value of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone-a(GnRHa)in treating central precocious puberty(CPP)girls with impaired height growth and predicting impaired height potential.Methods:A total of 108 girls with central precocious puberty and impaired height growth and predicted height potential treated in Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with GnRHa,and the observation group was treated with rhGH based on the control group.The growth and development indexes,bone metabolism markers and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the indexes of growth and development in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of bone metabolism markers and sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:GnRHa combined with rhGH is beneficial to physical development,bone resorption,bone formation and sleep quality of CPP girls.
