一体化护理对重症慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量和心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察一体化护理干预模式对重症慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量以及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者52例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组26例。观察组采用一体化护理,对照组采用常规护理;观察比较2组患者接受不同护理干预后的睡眠质量及心理状况的变化。结果:观察组患者的睡眠质量评分和心理状况评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在重症慢阻肺患者的临床治疗及护理中,使用医护一体化护理模式,对患者的睡眠质量以及心理健康状况有着良好的改善作用,能够有效促进患者的临床治疗进程,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of integrative nursing intervention model on sleep quality and psychological state of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 52 patients with COPD respiratory failure were randomly divided into observation group(integrated nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 26 cases in each group.In two groups of patients after receiving different nursing intervention,sleep quality and psychological changes were observed and analyzed.Results:The score of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of psychological status in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),after the two groups of patients′nursing intervention,all the data contrast has the distinct statistical significance.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment and nursing care of patients with severe COPD,the use of integrated medical care model has a good effect on the quality of sleep and mental health of patients,and can effectively promote the clinical treatment process of patients.
