摘  要:采用QuEChERS方法进行样品前处理,高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MSMS)进行定量分析,检测啶酰菌胺在苦瓜、韭菜和大蒜3种小作物中的残留动态和最终残留量,并对其长期膳食摄入风险进行评估,为啶酰菌胺在小作物上的安全使用提供理论依据。结果表明:在添加水平范围内,苦瓜空白样品添加啶酰菌胺的平均回收率为91%~96%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.3%;韭菜空白样品添加啶酰菌胺的平均回收率为80%~97%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.6%,青蒜、蒜薹和大蒜空白样品添加啶酰菌胺的平均回收率为78%~99%,相对标准偏差为1.1~2.8%。啶酰菌胺在苦瓜、韭菜、青蒜中的半衰期分别为3.4~4.5、2.9~3.5、4.6~6.5d。GAP条件下啶酰菌胺在苦瓜、韭菜、青蒜、蒜薹、大蒜中最终残留量分别为<0.004~1.120、0.338~9.120、0.348~5.710、0.0337~2.970、<0.004mg·kg^(-1)。膳食风险评估结果表明,普通人群啶酰菌胺的国家估算每日摄入量为0.6055mg,风险概率为24.0%,处于安全水平,表明其对一般人群健康产生的风险是可接受的。根据推荐的间隔期采收,在小型瓜类、绿叶葱类、鳞茎葱类等小作物上,50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂按推荐剂量使用是安全的。In order to provide theoretical references for safe application of boscalid in minor crops,bitter gourd,Chinese chives and garlic were selected to study the residue dynamics and final residue of boscalid,and the risk assessment was conducted by dietary intake of boscalid residue.The samples were pretreated using QuEChERS method and quantitatively analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The results showed that the average recovery of boscalid in bitter gourd,Chinese chives and garlic was 91%~96%,80%~97%and 78%~99%with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.3%~3.3%,0.7%~2.6%and 1.1%~2.8%.The half-life of boscalid was 3.4~4.5 d,2.9~3.5 d and 4.6~6.5 d in bitter gourd,Chinese chives and garlic,respectively.Under the condition of GAP,the residues of boscalid in bitter gourd,Chinese chives,garlic sprout,garlic stem and garlic were<0.004~1.120,0.338~9.120,0.348~5.710,0.0337~2.97 mg·kg^(-1) and<0.004 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The results of dietary risk assessment showed that the national estimated daily intake of boscalid was 0.6055 mg,and the risk quotient(RQ)was 24.0%at a safe level,which suggested a low health risk to consumers.Based on the recommended pre-harvest interval,50%boscalid WDG was safe to use at the recommended dose in small Melons,leaf Alliums and bulb Alliums.
