妊娠晚期孕妇B族溶血性链球菌感染对妊娠结局影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠晚期B族溶血性链球菌感染(即GBS感染)与妊娠结局相关性。方法选取2020年5月至2021年4月妊娠晚期筛查GBS感染的孕产妇133例,根据筛查结果分组,阳性未治疗44例患者作为A组,阴性45例患者作为B组,阳性治疗44例患者作为C组,比较妊娠结局、新生儿状态。对阳性确诊者进行对症治疗,观察疗效。结果与A组、C组妊娠结局比较,B组母婴结局较好(P<0.05);3组新生儿状态比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于阳性患者,经过治疗C组PCT指标、WBC指标显著低于A组(P<0.05)。随访结果显示,A组发生率最高,B组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期GBS感染对妊娠结局有不良影响,对该类孕产妇应加强临床管理,防控不良妊娠结局。青霉素钠用药可有效改善病情。Objective To analyze the correlation between group B hemolytic streptococcus infection(GBS infection)in late pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.Methods From May 2020 to April 2021,133 pregnant women with GBS infection in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected,44 positive patients without treatment were regarded as group A,45 negative patients were regarded as group B,and 44 patients with positive treatment were regarded as group C.The patients with positive diagnosis were treated symptomatically and the curative effect was observed.Results Compared with the pregnancy outcomes of group A and C,group B had better maternal and infant outcomes(P<0.05);comparison of the neonatal status of the three groups showed no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);for positive patients,after treatment,the PCT index and WBC index of group C were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).The follow-up results showed that the incidence of group A was the highest and group B was the lowest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GBS infection in the third trimester of pregnancy has a negative impact on pregnancy outcome,so clinical management should be strengthened to prevent and control adverse pregnancy outcome.Penicillin sodium can effectively improve the condition.
