输尿管软镜钬激光治疗上尿路结石的操作技巧及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探析输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效及其操作技巧分析。方法选取本院泌尿外科于2015年1月至2020年1月收治的75例患者为研究对象,所有患者均行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗。对患者的临床疗效资料展开回顾性分析,总结操作技巧等。结果依从性入镜率为92.00%、碎石成功率为94.67%、并发症发生率为2.67%、平均手术时间为(52.34±8.93)min,平均住院时间为(11.65±2.85)d。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术对上尿路结石患者进行治疗结石清除效果较为优异,入镜成功率高,且输尿管黏膜撕脱、肾盂或输尿管穿孔等并发症发生率较低,手术安全性较高,可作为泌尿外科治疗上尿路结石的一线手术方案。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and operational skills of holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi.Methods A total of 75 patients admitted to the urological department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy.The clinical efficacy data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively and the operation skills were summarized.Results The compliance rate was 92.00%,the success rate of lithotripsy was 94.67%,the incidence of complications was 2.67%,the average operation time was(52.34±8.93)min,and the average hospitalization time was(11.65±2.85)days.Conclusion In patients with urinary stones on the soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment of ureter and stone removal effect is relatively good,her success rate is high,and ureter mucosa avulsion,the incidence of complications such as renal pelvis or ureter perforation is low,operation security is higher,can be used as a urinary surgery urinary stones in a line operation scheme.
