摘 要:目的分析小儿支气管行透X线异物放射诊断的应用价值。方法选入本院2017年1月至2019年5月收入的支气管异物吸入患儿50例,所有患儿接受X线异物放射诊断,明确患儿异物吸入位置后,给予相应治疗措施,并以最终手术或纤维支气管镜取出结果,对X线放射诊断的价值进评估。结果此次研究中,透X线异物放射诊断中诊断为右侧支气管31例,其中右下叶支气管11例,右上叶支气管9例,右主支气管11例,左侧支气管18例,其中左下叶3例,左主支气管9例,右上叶支气管9例,结合最终手术或纤维支气管镜异物取出结果,其定位诊断符合率为98.00%,其中有1例未表现出明显X线象征,无法完成定位诊断。定位诊断符合率与最终手术或纤维支气管镜异物结果对比无明显差异(P>0.05),其中49例经纤维支气管镜取出异物,1例经手术治疗取出异物,利用VAS评估患儿治疗前后疼痛情况,治疗后患儿VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管异物吸入的诊断中,给予患儿X线检查可对其异物吸入位置进行有效诊断,便于后续治疗的开展。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of radiography of X-Ray foreign body in children bronchi.Methods A total of 50 cases of inhalation of foreign body in bronchial matter were selected for admission to this hospital during the period from January 2017 to May 2019.All children were diagnosed with X-ray foreign body radiation.After determining the location of foreign body inhalation in the child,appropriate treatment measures were given,and the results were taken out with final surgery or fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Evaluation of X-ray diagnostic value.Results In this study,31 cases of right bronchi were diagnosed in radiography of X Ray foreign body,including 11 cases of right lower bronchus,9 cases of right upper bronchus,11 cases of right main bronchus,and 18 cases of left bronchus,including 3 cases of left lower lobe and 9 cases of left main bronchus.In 9 cases of upper right bronchi,combined with the final operation or the extraction of fiberoptic bronchoscopy foreign body,the positioning diagnosis compliance rate was 98.00%,and one of them did not show a clear X-ray symbol and could not complete the positioning diagnosis.There was no significant difference between the location diagnosis compliance rate and the final operation or the result of fiberoptic bronchoscopy foreign body(P>0.05),of which 49 cases were taken out by fiberoptic bronchoscopy,1 case was taken out by surgical treatment,and VAS was used to assess the pain before and after the treatment of children.The VAS score was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of foreign body inhalation in children,X-ray examination can effectively diagnose the inhalation position of foreign body,facilitate the development of follow-up treatment.
