非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的有效性及安全性。方法收集我院100例2016年1月至2018年10月痛风伴高尿酸血症患者。随机分为两组,别嘌醇治疗组予以别嘌醇治疗,非布司他治疗组则予以非布司他治疗。比较不同药物治疗的结果。结果非布司他治疗组痛风伴高尿酸血症治疗有效性高于别嘌醇治疗组,P<0.05;治疗后非布司他治疗组患者肌酐升高、丙氨酸转氨酶升高、急性痛风性关节炎发作等不良反应少于别嘌醇治疗组,P<0.05。结论非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的有效性高,安全性好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of febuxostat in the treatment of gout patients with hyperuricemia.Methods One hundred cases of gout with hyperuricemia from January 2016 to October 2018 were collected in our hospital.Random was divided into two groups,the allopurinol treatment group was treated with allopurinol,and the febuxostat treatment group was treated with febuxostat.Compare results.Results The efficacy of the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia in the febuxostat treatment group was higher than that in the allopurinol treatment group,P<0.05.After treatment,the adverse reactions of patients in the febuxostat treatment group such as increased creatinine,increased alanine aminotransferase,and acute gouty arthritis were less than those in the allopurinol treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion Febuxostat is highly effective and safe in the treatment of patients with gout and hyperurilemia.
