特异性免疫治疗支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎患儿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨特异性免疫治疗支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎患儿60例,以随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂特异性免疫治疗,两组均治疗3个月,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后鼻炎程度评分与哮喘程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后γ-干扰素(TNF-γ)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-4(IL-4)与白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特异性免疫治疗支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎患儿的疗效确切,可有效缓解患儿鼻炎与哮喘症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of specific immunotherapy in children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group received sublingual specific immunotherapy with dermatophagoides farinae drops.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of rhinitis and asthma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group after treatmentγ-Interferon(TNF-γ)was higher than that in the control group,the levels of IL-4 and IL-17 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of specific immunotherapy in children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis is exact,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of rhinitis and asthma.
