益气养阴活血法干预扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴活血中药干预扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月于我院就诊的DCM并心力衰竭患者56例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=28)。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组行益气养阴活血中药联合常规西医治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、心功能指标和不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率(82.14%)明显高于对照组(53.57%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEDD明显低于对照组,LVEF、FS明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论DCM并心力衰竭患者采用益气养阴活血中药联合常规西医进行治疗的临床疗效显著,且安全性良好,可有效改善患者心功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine for qi-benefiting yin-nourishing and blood-activating therapy in intervention of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure.Methods A total of 56 patients with DCM and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine for qi-benefiting yinnourishing and blood-activating therapy,combined with conventional western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(82.14%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.57%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the LVEF and FS were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine for replenishing qi-benefiting yin-nourishing and blood-activating combined with conventional western medicine has significant clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of DCM complicated by heart failure,which can effectively improve the heart function of patients.
