综合护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜中的临床应用效果。方法随机分组,观察组在过敏性紫癜患儿中采用综合护理干预方法,对照组在过敏性紫癜患儿中采用常规护理干预方法,对比两组患儿的住院时间、皮肤紫癜消失时间、关节肿痛消失时间、出院3个月及6个月的复发率、护理满意度、SAS及SDS评分情况。结果两组患儿住院时间、皮肤紫癜消失时间、关节肿痛消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出院3个月、6个月后的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜中的临床应用效果显著优于常规护理干预方法,综合护理干预能缩短患儿的住院时间、皮肤紫癜消失时间、关节肿痛消失时间,降低复发率,改善不良情绪,从而提高护理满意度。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with allergic purpura.Methods Randomly divided into two groups,the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention method in children with allergic purpura,the control group used routine nursing intervention in children with allergic purpura,compared the hospitalization time,skin purpura disappearance time,joint swelling pain disappearance time,recurrence rate after 3 months and 6 months discharge,nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS score.Results The hospitalization time,the disappearance time of skin purpura,and the disappearance time of joint swelling and pain in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 3 months and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with allergic purpura is significantly better than that of conventional nursing intervention.Comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the hospitalization time,the disappearance time of skin purpura,and the disappearance time of joint swelling and pain,reduce the recurrence rate,improve bad mood,and improve nursing satisfaction.
