快速康复外科在胃癌手术护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的浅析在胃癌手术护理中应用快速康复外科的效果。方法收集100例2017年4月至2019年4月在我院行手术治疗的胃癌患者为研究对象,通过信封抽签法随机分成各50例的两组。手术护理中,对照组应用常规方法,观察组应用快速康复外科护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组首次排便时间、首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间比对照组短,体质量下降量比对照组少,术后不同时间VAS疼痛评分比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6%,比对照组的20%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者在手术护理中应用快速康复外科护理,能加快术后恢复,保证营养状况,减少并发症,缩短住院时长,在临床中值得大范围推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of fast track surgery in gastric cancer surgery nursing.Methods A total of 100 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups by envelope drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given fast track surgery nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The first defecation time,first exhaust time,first ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the weight loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,VAS pain score at different time after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6%,which was lower than that in the control group(20%),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of fast track surgery nursing in surgical nursing for patients with gastric cancer can accelerate the recovery after operation,ensure nutritional status,reduce complications and shorten the length of hospitalization.It is worthy of wide application in clinic.
