脑梗死护理中偏瘫肢体康复训练护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑梗死偏瘫患者全方位康复训练护理的临床疗效。方法入组本院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者共68例,随机分组,对照组的患者给予常规康复护理,全方位康复训练护理组给予全方位康复训练护理。比较两组护理前后患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动的功能状态分数、肢体运动功能评分和总有效率。结果全方位康复训练护理组护理后患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动的功能状态分数、肢体运动功能评分和总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论全方位康复训练护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者具有较高的护理价值,能有效改善患者的神经功能和运动功能,提高患者的生活自理的能力。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training and nursing for hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-eight patients with hemiplegia of cerebral infarction who were admitted into our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing and the comprehensive rehabilitation training nursing group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training nursing.The neurological function deficit score,the functional state score of daily life activities and the total effective rate of limb movement were compared before and after the two groups.Results The neurological function defect score,daily life function score,limb movement function score and total effective rate of the patients in the comprehensive rehabilitation training nursing group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training nursing has a high nursing value for hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the nerve function and exercise function of the patients,and improve the ability of self-care of the patients.
