优质护理服务应用于老年脑梗死护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察老年脑梗死护理中应用优质护理服务的效果。方法本次试验研究对象选取来我院就诊的62例老年脑梗死患者,采用电脑随机将其分为两组,各31例,观察组与对照组分别采取优质护理服务与常规护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组身体功能、角色功能、社会功能以及情绪功能评分较对照组更高,数据有差异(P<0.05);观察组日常生活活动能力与上肢运动功能评分较对照组更高,数据有差异(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性较对照组更高,数据有差异(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑梗死患者采取优质护理服务,治疗效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing service in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were given high-quality nursing service and routine nursing respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The physical function,role function,social function and emotional function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05);the observation group had higher scores of activities of daily living and upper limb motor function than the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05);the observation group has higher-quality nursing compliance than the control group,and the data is different(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing service is effective for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
