探讨微创治疗乳腺结节手术中整体护理的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创治疗乳腺结节手术中整体护理的价值。方法此次82例研究对象是本院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的乳腺结节患者,用数字表法随机分组,手术中研究组应用整体护理,参照组应用传统护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组比参照组手术时间、引流管拔出时间、住院天数更短,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组比参照组抑郁、焦虑、疼痛评分以及并发症发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗乳腺结节中整体护理能保证手术质量,促进术后恢复。Objective To explore the value of holistic nursing in minimally invasive surgery for breast nodules.Methods 82 patients with breast nodules admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method.The study group was given holistic nursing during operation and the control group was given traditional nursing.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,drainage tube extraction time and hospitalization days of the study group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,pain and the incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of breast nodules can ensure the quality of operation,promote the recovery after operation.
