针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法从我院接诊的肾结石患者84例为研究对象,时间为2017年9月至2018年9月。根据随机数字表方法将患者分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。所有患者都采取钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组患者接受常规性的围手术期护理,观察组则在对照组基础上展开针对性护理。分析比较不同护理措施的效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(95.24%vs.8.57%),两组数据差异明显,P<0.05;观察组患者的手术时间(92.80±12.32)min、下床活动时间(13.12±2.19)h以及住院时间(5.73±1.10)d明显均短于对照组的(104.70±12.33)min、(16.69±2.45)h、(9.70±0.22)d,P<0.05;观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(2.38%vs.26.19%),P<0.05。结论采取钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石期间,提供针对性护理措施,对患者预后具有较好的效果,改善临床护理满意度,减少患者并发症的发生,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative nursing of holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,84 patients with renal calculi were selected.Patients were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).All patients were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy.The patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing,while those in the observation group received targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.To analyze and compare the effect of different nursing measures.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.24%vs.8.57%),and the data difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05;the operation time of the observation group was(92.80±12.32)min,and the time to get out of bed was(13.12±2.19)hours and hospitalization time(5.73±1.10)days were significantly shorter than the control group(104.70±12.33)min,(16.69±2.45)hours,(9.70±0.22)days,P<0.05;The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.38%vs.26.19%),P<0.05.Conclusion During the treatment of renal calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy,targeted nursing measures are provided,which have a good effect on the prognosis of patients,improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing,reduce the occurrence of complications of patients,and have a significant clinical effect.
