优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的临床效果。方法在本院范围内,以2019年6月至2020年6月为时间节点,选取肺炎患儿90例,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,A组47例开展传统护理,B组43例实施优质护理干预,对比两组症状恢复时间、住院时间,另比较两组并发症发生情况。结果B组住院天数、憋喘时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间较A组均显著偏短(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率(4.65%)较A组(19.15%)低(P<0.05)。结论针对肺炎患儿开展优质护理干预,能促进症状恢复,降低并发症发生,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of high-quality nursing care in children with pneumonia.Methods Within the scope of this hospital,with June 2019-June 2020 as the time node,90 children with pneumonia were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,47 cases in group a carried out traditional nursing,and group B 43 examples of high-quality nursing intervention were performed to compare the symptom recovery time,and hospitalization time in the two groups,and the occurrence of complications in the two groups.Results The length of hospitalization time,wheezing time,cough disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time,and body temperature recovery time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B(4.65%)was lower than that in group A(19.15%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with pneumonia,high-quality nursing intervention can promote the recovery of symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications,and have high clinical application value.
