个性化健康教育对静脉曲张患者护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨与研究对静脉曲张患者在治疗过程中采取个性化教育护理的临床效果。方法回顾分析以2019年8月至2020年11月,在我院进行静脉曲张治疗的患者210例作为本次研究的研究对象。以患者来院治疗的时间顺序,采取随机分配的方式将全部患者平均分成两组,即对比组与研究组。每组105例。研究组患者采取个性化健康教育护理模式进行护理,对比组患者采取常规的护理模式进行护理。统计两组患者对医护人员满意度、临床护理效果以及患者的生活质量评分。结果研究组患者治疗效果、患者生活质量评分以及对医护人员护理满意度均高于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论对于静脉曲张患者,在治疗过程中采取个性化健康教育护理模式干预治疗,能够有效提升患者的治疗效果。Objective To explore and study the clinical effect of individualized education and nursing in varicose veins patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of 210 patients who underwent varicose veins treatment in our hospital between August 2019 and November 2020.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group,according to the time sequence of admission.Each group has an equal number of 105.study group patients,in the conventional nursing process to take personalized health education nursing care model.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.Two groups of patients to the satisfaction of health care workers,clinical care results and patients's quality of life scores and other indicators.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect,the quality of life score and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group were all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For varicose veins patients,individualized health education and nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
