眼底病病变应用氩激光视网膜光凝治疗的护理分析

摘　　要：目的本次研究旨在对眼底病变采用氩激光视网膜光凝治疗护理方式的选择进行了探究分析。方法选取大连市第三人民医院(2018年5月至2019年5月)行氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病变的患者350例作为此次研究对象,随机将其均分为对照组(n=175,给予常规护理)及试验组(n=175,给予精细护理)。对两组研究对象的治疗效果及生活质量进行评价。结果由此次研究数据结果可知,试验组研究对象在治疗效果及生活质量数据比较上均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细护理在氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病病变患者中的应用能有效促进治疗效果的提升,改善患者生活质量。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the choice of nursing methods of using argon laser retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of ocular fundus lesions.Methods A total of 350 patients were treated with argon laser retinal photocoagulation in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,175 cases in each group.The control group received regular care.The experimental group received fine care.The therapeutic effect and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results According to the results of this study,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of treatment effect and quality of life data(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of argon laser retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of patients with fundus ophthalmopathy can effectively promote the improvement of treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
