强化护理管理对伤口造口患者心理状态及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的调查探究强化护理管理对伤口造口患者心理状态及护理质量的影响。方法从我院胃肠外科2018年7月至2020年7月以来收治的伤口患者中随机抽取32例,造口患者中随机抽取168例患者,合计共200例患者作为试验的临床研究对象。经比对分析我们将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组样本数各100例。对照组伤口造口患者接受常规护理,观察组伤口造口患者接受此次需要探讨研究的强化护理管理护理,通过对两组患者的护理过程和护理结果进行观察,最终对两组患者护理效果、护理满意程度和患者心理状态转变情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的伤口造口护理效果较对照组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的抑郁焦虑程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化护理管理可以有效改善伤口造口患者的抑郁焦虑情绪,患者的满意度更高,患者恢复的更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing management on psychological state and nursing quality of patients with wound stoma.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020,a total of 100 patients with open wound stoma were selected randomly.After comparative analysis,we divided the patients into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received intensive nursing management.The nursing effect,the degree of nursing satisfaction and the change of patients'psychological state were compared and analyzed.Results The effect of wound stoma care in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of depression and anxiety of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensified nursing management can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of wound stoma patients,the satisfaction of patients is higher,and the recovery of patients is better.It is worthy of clinical application.
