摘　　要：示波器是一种量大面广的基础型测试仪器,它能够精确记录电压和时间的变化波形曲线,广泛应用于电子装备的科研、生产、试验和技术保障测试。该文介绍了示波器的基本概念及系统组成,重点介绍了示波器研制过程中所涉及的带宽扩展、采样率提升、垂直分辨率增强等核心技术最新进展及发展趋势。Oscilloscope is a basic instrument which is used widely,it can accurately record the waveform curve of the voltage and time.It is widely applied in the scientific research,production,experiment and maintenance.First,it introduces the concept and the theory of the oscilloscope,then it introduces the key techniques and development trends in the product design of oscilloscope,such as bandwidth expand,sample rate update,vertical resolution enhance.
