摘  要:不解体探伤仪是通过电磁感应产生涡流,由涡流探伤方式实现金属表层有无裂纹及裂纹深度。不解体探伤仪在汽车修理保养厂、汽车检测站等领域中广泛使用,为汽车不用拆卸零部件直接对易损金属部件表面进行无损检测。不解体探伤仪主要技术指标是对金属表面无损检测的裂纹深度,而其计量特性没有统一的方法和相关规范。该文充分参考了吉林省地方检定规程提出一种不解体探伤仪的校准方法,并通过校准过程中的不确定度计算,得出一种较为合理的不解体探伤仪的校准方法。The need not knock down inspection instrument uses the principle of electromagnetic induction and eddy current flaw detection to identify whether there are cracks on the metal surface and the crack depth.Need not knock down inspection instrument is widely used in automobile warranty plants,automobile testing stations and other fields.It can directly carry out nondestructive testing on the surface of vulnerable metal parts without disassembling parts.The main technical index of the need not knock down inspection instrument is the crack depth of nondestructive testing of metal surface,but there is no unified method and relevant specification for its measurement characteristics.With full reference to the local verification regulations of Jilin Province,this paper puts forward a calibration method of need not knock down inspection instrument,and obtains a more reasonable calibration method of need not knock down inspection instrument through the calculation of uncertainty in the calibration process.
