摘　　要：自动环氧粘片设备的原理相对简单,采用标准化设备完成全部的自动环氧粘片工艺。实际使用过程中贴装效果与设备的标定精度之间存在差异。简述了自动环氧粘片原理,并且探讨了贴装过程中的各类影响因素以及处理措施。The theory of the automatic epoxy assembly is relatively simple.It is a standardized equipment,so can accomplish all the production process fully automated.The actual mounting effect in production is always different from the calibrated mounting precision of the automatic epoxy laminating machine.The influence factors of automatic epoxy assembly are analyzed and the treatment methods are proposed.
